The Bagg Group is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Full-time Placement Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full cycle of Recruitment from business development, (i.E. Sales), sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, matching candidates to positions, client and candidate relationship management and final offer negotiations. The ideal candidate will have an energetic personality and take initiative. You are a self-starter and are willing to challenge yourself on a daily basis to exceed business objectives. Duties Include:

- Establish and manage long-term, trusting relationships with new and existing clients through telephone communication, email, client visits, and cold calling prospective companies.

- Screen resumes and interview suitable candidates that match the searches or are suitable to be placed in full time positions.

- Refer qualified candidates to clients and/or teammates for job searches within the team.

- Conduct reference checks.

- Negotiate placement details with client on candidate's behalf and close the sale.

Skills
Required and Preferred Skills:

- Demonstrated telephone and face to face sales experience

- Ability to learn new software, and strong skills in MSWord & Outlook, Basic Excel.

- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus to deal with many different types of contacts and candidates.

- Previous exposure to screening and matching candidates is an asset.

- Agency experience is preferred.
